There's a must-read article over on Daily Caller about New York's Senator Charles Schumer's new gun control bill, the "Fix Gun Checks Act of 2011". The gist of the bill is that it would bar people who were merely arrested on a drug charge from purchasing a firearm. No conviction necessary!
